Established in 2005 AdminPay is a CSO (contract sales organization) that as of
November 2008 now offers payroll and related business services in conjunction
with CJR. After an extensive national search to find the best payroll operations
and tax partner, AdminPay chose CJR. Acting as the front end sales organization,
AdminPay exclusively markets and sells the products and services of CJR versus
the traditional internal sales force. This model is superior to the traditional one
where sales and operations are combined into a single entity. In a single entity
model, the salesperson has no vested interest after the account is sold and then
disappears. At one time or another most business owners or their designates have
had this negative experience. However, AdminPay adds an extra layer of service
for the client as it also functions as the liaison and advocate for the client to CJR.

states and U.S. Territories. President Charles Read, CPA, MBA has worked in the
financial industries for over 20 years. The personalized approach in their

military unified pay system in 1968 which led him to volunteer for a combat tour
